Delete your Mnemo account

This page explains how to delete the online account of Mnemo, the memory game developed by Dr Maze Books, and what happens to your data.

The online account is optional and only exists if you created one (Premium subscribers). If you never signed in, there is no account to delete: all your data is on your device only.

In the app

1. Open Mnemo and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If the app asks, sign in again and tap Delete account once more.

The deletion is immediate. You do not need an active subscription to delete your account.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send an email to support@mnemo-app.com from the address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Mnemo account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email and account identifier).
• The game history, Synapses and mascots saved in the cloud.
• Your nickname and position in the ranking.

What is kept

• The progress saved on your device (history, records, Synapses, mascots) stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Anonymous usage statistics are not linked to your account and are kept for at most 14 months, as described in the privacy policy.
• Your Google Play subscription is managed by Google Play: deleting the account does not cancel it. To cancel, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
